Personalized Care and Guidance
As a licensed therapist, I provide a safe, confidential, and supportive environment for clients to explore and process their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach to therapy is person-centered, recognizing the client as the expert on their own lives and working alongside them to achieve their goals and attain greater understanding and peace.
I employ a holistic, relational, and strengths-based perspective in therapy, incorporating mindfulness, humanistic techniques, and advanced training in Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Parts Therapy, and Memory Therapy. This integrated approach recognizes the interconnection between a person's mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational health and seeks to address the individual's needs comprehensively.
NLP focuses on the relationship between language, behavior, and thoughts, helping clients to identify and change limiting beliefs, ideas, and behaviors. Parts Therapy, or Inner Child Therapy, resolves unresolved emotional conflicts and past traumas by accessing and determining internal struggles between different parts of the self.
I integrate these techniques in my therapy sessions to offer a well-rounded and practical approach to support my clients' goals and improve their overall well-being. I have expertise in treating various issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relational health, female medical conditions, other medical problems, and PTSD. I believe each person holds the key to their healing and growth.

Furthermore, it can improve sleep quality, address learning and communication difficulties, and enhance relationships. In addition, hypnotherapy has been shown to effectively manage pain and alleviate symptoms of digestive disorders, skin issues, and gastrointestinal side effects related to pregnancy and chemotherapy.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) therapy incorporates NLP, a set of language- and sensory-based interventions and behavior-modification techniques to improve the client's self-awareness, confidence, communication skills, and social actions. NLP's goals are to help the client understand that how one views the world affects how one operates globally and that changing the thoughts and behavior patterns that have not proven beneficial in the past is necessary.

It can help individuals overcome many issues, including anxiety, stress, phobias, sleep disorders, and low self-esteem. By exploring the unconscious mind and identifying the underlying causes of negative patterns, NLP helps individuals create new neural pathways that lead to more positive outcomes. This approach is based on the idea that people can control their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through NLP therapy, individuals can unlock their full potential and achieve tremendous success in their personal and professional lives.
NLP has been used to treat fears and phobias, anxiety, poor self-esteem, stress, post-traumatic stress disorder, and reduced quality of life due to various psychological issues.
As an NLP therapist, I use various techniques such as visualization or forming a mental image of something my client wants and visual-kinesthetic dissociation, a process by which I can guide my client in reliving trauma from the distance of an imaginative, out-of-body experience. In addition, this helps to correct language that leads to negative thinking and faulty communication.
When we experience trauma, they store not only in our minds but also in our bodies. Reiki stimulates energy to move in the body. You already have energy in the body, but it may be blocked and not flowing smoothly. During or after a treatment, you may feel the effects of energy being unblocked. It raises awareness in and around the physical body, where negative thoughts and feelings are contained, and charges them with positive energy.
Benefits of Reiki include: Promoting harmony and balance, deep relaxation, dissolving energy blocks, creating a balance between the mind, body & spirit, aiding in better sleep, accelerating self-healing ability, helping relieve pain, and making sense of grounding.

I feel that sometimes being a human can be the most challenging thing in the world. Everything in life comes with a manual except for how to cope with life's difficulties. Even a water bottle says twist-off here. Becoming a good therapist took me into many of your shoes to receive great depths of empathy, patience, and understanding.
In 2007, I completed my Master's Degree in Social Work at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I have offered a wide range of counseling and psychological services to help clients navigate life's challenges and most trying times. I utilize Hypnotherapy, Inner-childwork, Mindfulness-based skills, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping), Memory Reconsolidation, and other modalities to guide you on a path toward healing. I am also a Master's Level Reiki Practioner.
