Within the realm of therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a valuable tool for exploring the intricate relationship between language, behavior, and thoughts. Another technique I employ, Parts Therapy (also known as Inner Child Therapy), involves accessing and resolving unresolved emotional conflicts and past traumas by recognizing and reconciling internal struggles among different aspects of oneself.

REIKI

When we experience trauma, it is stored not only in our minds but also in our bodies. Reiki stimulates energy to move in the body. You already have energy in the body, but it may be blocked and not flowing smoothly. During or after a treatment, you may feel the effects of energy being unblocked. It raises awareness in and around the physical body, where negative thoughts and feelings are contained, and charges them with positive energy.

Reiki offers a multitude of benefits, all aimed at promoting harmony and balance. It fosters a deep sense of relaxation, dissolves energy blocks, and creates a harmonious balance between the mind, body, and spirit. This balance can help you sleep better, accelerate your self-healing ability, relieve pain, and provide a sense of grounding, making you feel centered and in control.
