With over 16 years of experience, I have witnessed countless clients transform their lives in hospital and private practice settings. I am here to extend my expertise to you through the transformative power of teletherapy, offering the convenience of telephone or video chat sessions.

My therapeutic methodology encompasses a holistic, relational, and strengths-based perspective, incorporating various modalities such as mindfulness, humanistic techniques, and specialized training in Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Breathwork, Parts Therapy, and Memory Therapy. This integrative approach acknowledges the interconnectedness of an individual's mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational well-being, aiming to address their unique needs comprehensively.
Within the realm of therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a valuable tool for exploring the intricate relationship between language, behavior, and thoughts. By assisting clients in identifying and modifying limiting beliefs, ideas, and behaviors, NLP empowers individuals to enact positive change. Another technique I employ, Parts Therapy (also known as Inner Child Therapy), involves accessing and resolving unresolved emotional conflicts and past traumas by recognizing and reconciling internal struggles among different aspects of oneself.
During therapy sessions, I seamlessly integrate these methodologies to provide a well-rounded and pragmatic approach that supports clients' goals and enhances their overall well-being. With expertise in treating various concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relational health, female medical conditions, other medical problems, and PTSD, I firmly believe that each person possesses the inherent capacity for healing and personal growth.
Moreover, I specialize in assisting couples to improve their relationships by fostering effective communication, resolving conflicts, and establishing deeper connections. I aim to guide clients in cultivating self-appreciation, courage, and trust, enabling them to live a life that aligns with their core values. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Mindfulness-based techniques, I guide couples in exploring their cognitive and emotional dynamics. By challenging negative thought patterns and reframing beliefs, addressing underlying emotions and attachment needs (EFT), and cultivating mindfulness and self-awareness, couples can develop a deeper understanding of themselves and each other. Hypnotherapy can treat many issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, phobias, sleep disorders, trauma, sexual abuse, pain management, and weight loss. It works by accessing the unconscious mind, where deeply held beliefs and habits are stored, to change negative patterns and promote positive change.

Hypnotherapy can be an effective tool for addressing various personal and psychological issues. By accessing the unconscious mind and creating a state of heightened suggestibility, hypnotherapy can help individuals overcome negative patterns, increase confidence and self-esteem, and improve their overall well-being.

Hypnotherapy is effective for various personal and medical concerns, including trauma, anxiety, phobias, weight loss, and problematic habits. Furthermore, it can improve sleep quality, address learning and communication difficulties, and enhance relationships. In addition, hypnotherapy has been shown to effectively manage pain and alleviate symptoms of digestive disorders.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) therapy incorporates NLP, a set of language- and sensory-based interventions and behavior-modification techniques to improve the client's self-awareness, confidence, communication skills, and social actions. NLP's goals are to help the client understand that how one views the world affects how one operates globally and that changing the thoughts and behavior patterns that have not proven beneficial in the past is necessary. 

NLP is a therapeutic approach focusing on the relationship between language, thought patterns, and behavior. It can help individuals overcome many issues, including anxiety, stress, phobias, sleep disorders, and low self-esteem. By exploring the unconscious mind and identifying the underlying causes of negative patterns, NLP helps individuals create new neural pathways that lead to more positive outcomes. This approach is based on the idea that people can control their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through NLP therapy, individuals can unlock their full potential and achieve tremendous success in their personal and professional lives.

NLP has been used to treat fears and phobias, anxiety, poor self-esteem, stress, post-traumatic stress disorder, and reduced quality of life due to various psychological issues.

As an NLP therapist, I use various techniques such as visualization or forming a mental image of something my client wants and visual-kinesthetic dissociation, a process by which I can guide my client in reliving trauma from the distance of an imaginative, out-of-body experience. In addition, this helps to correct language that leads to negative thinking and faulty communication.

When we experience trauma, they store not only in our minds but also in our bodies. Reiki stimulates energy to move in the body. You already have energy in the body, but it may be blocked and not flowing smoothly. During or after a treatment, you may feel the effects of energy being unblocked. It raises awareness in and around the physical body, where negative thoughts and feelings are contained, and charges them with positive energy.

Benefits of Reiki include Promoting harmony and balance, deep relaxation, dissolving energy blocks, creating a balance between the mind, body, and spirit, aiding in better sleep, accelerating self-healing ability, helping relieve pain, and making sense of grounding.

Currently, I am only offering distant Reiki sessions.
